Scott
Scott approaches every project with the belief that classic vehicles should be driven, shared, and enjoyed, but more importantly, carry its story for as long as it lives, and beyond.
Whether it’s a weekend cruise, a parade route, or a local car show, the value isn’t only in the vehicle itself — it’s in the conversations, friendships, and memories created around it.
His love for old stuff started when he was young, sitting in the seat of the old car in the garage. It didn’t run, but it sure did run hard in his mind! Shifting through the gears, imagining what it was like to participate in the power, that old car was going to be perfect again someday.

1963 Ford Galaxie “P” Code
This car’s role in our family story started in 1965. Dad purchased it from a local dealer after he was done with high school. The dealer had bought it at a DOT auction. We don’t know where it was originally assigned, but it's been in the family since 1965.
It is a true 1963, 2 door sedan, or “boxtop.” It has the 390 Police Interceptor package with a 3 speed manual and electronic overdrive. It's almost 100% original, and we haven’t seen another one like it. There are plenty of P code '62 and '64 hardtops out there. If you happen to know of a '63 like this, let me know!
Currently, the car is in my shop waiting for a new interior and a refresh on the 390 to be finished and installed. Stay tuned!

1978 "VGG" Ford F100
Let’s just get this out of the way up front…
YES! This IS the Vice Grip Garage Ford F100 that Derek gave away in Spring of 2024. I have been a long time fan of VGG, and when he decided to do one of his giveaways with this truck, I bought some t-shirts and Shine Juice and entered the contest…and lo and behold, I won! You never think you're going to win anything you enter (I’ve never really won anything before this), but I guess you never know.
I love driving it, and I've had a lot of guys recognize it at the gas pump. It was awesome to meet Derek from Vice Grip Garage. He really is a great guy.
My Dad has always been a Ford truck guy, and my first memories of our farm truck was a 1979 F100. Prior to that, he had a Wimbledon White 1976 similar to this one. So, it’s a natural fit at our farm.
Keep your eye out for this truck (we call him Moses). We hope to take him out to some local shows as one of our official “Quick Chrome” vehicles.
Check out these links if you’d like to watch the restoration of Moses on Vice Grip Garage.
